MY STORY
​
After being overweight my entire life, I decided to go see a doctor to find out why I was always so low on energy. I knew something was wrong when I fell asleep behind the wheel one night when I was driving my younger cousin home from a party. The doctor told me that all I needed to do was exercise. The wasted trip to the doctor’s office prompted me to join a gym. After about 6 months on a consistent mixture of weights and cardio, I started to see the pounds fall off. After a few ups and downs and fluctuations in weight, I finally started to see results “monthly” by sticking with a nutrition plan that worked for me. After 12 years of consistency, I am now a certified personal trainer and a competitive powerlifter. My hope is to use my story to motivate my clients to achieve their own fitness goals.
